Privacy Policy for Tile Duel

Halsun Tech built the Tile Duel app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Halsun Tech at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using our Service, I may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that I request will be retained on your device and is not collected by me in any way.

The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. Link to the privacy policy of third-party service providers used by the app:

Log Data

I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Analytics and crash reports

Tile Duel uses Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC) to understand how the game is used and to fix crashes.

What we collect: a random app installation ID (it can be reset), the Android advertising ID, basic device info (model, Android version, language, and country taken from an anonymized IP address), game events (which screens you open, game mode, role, round, ads you watch, and purchase steps for Remove Ads), and crash reports.

What we do not collect: your player name, contacts, precise location, or anything you type.

Why: to improve the game and fix crashes. Analytics data is also shared with Google AdMob because the accounts are linked.

Ads

Tile Duel shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may use the Android advertising ID and similar device information to show ads, limit how often you see an ad, and measure ads. Depending on your choice (see "Consent choices" below) and your device settings, the ads can be personalized or not personalized. You can reset or delete the Android advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalization, in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads, the exact path depends on your phone).

Consent choices for players in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland

If you play from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, Google shows a consent form when you open the game. You can accept or refuse the use of data for ads, personalization and analytics. The game follows your choice. You can change your choice at any time: open Settings from the main menu and tap "Privacy Options" (this button appears only for players in these regions). For players in other regions, the game has no in-game switch for analytics or ads. You can reset or delete the Android advertising ID in your device settings, clear the game's data to reset its random installation ID, or uninstall the game at any time.

Remove Ads subscription

Remove Ads is a monthly subscription. Payments are processed by Google Play. The game does not receive or store your card or payment details. The game only learns whether your subscription is active, and we record purchase steps (for example, you opened the shop or started or finished a purchase) in analytics. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play at any time. Subscribers do not see interstitial, app-open or banner ads; ads that you choose to watch for rewards stay available.

Play Games (optional)

If you connect Google Play Games, Google saves your achievements, scores, and game progress to your Play Games profile. Google Play Games uses your Play Games profile (player ID and gamer name) to sign you in and to load your saved progress on another device. You can play without it. You can delete this data in your Play Games profile settings.

Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I immediately delete this from our servers.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

I may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
